Mosborough Hall Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Stayed for one night and really enjoyed our stay. We had an executive double room, the bed was extremely comfortable. The room itself was very clean. Such a lovely touch to have received a birthday card and bottles of water. We were also given a complimentary drink of choice in the bar which was nice. I do think it needs a refurb, granted it’s an old building but some areas look really in need of care, and there were many cobwebs on all the lights on the corridors. We stayed in 2014 in a normal room and the John Darcy suite in 2015 and the hotel hasn’t changed at all. Would stay again if in the area the staff are lovely. I think it’s good value for money

The staff in the hotel could not have done more to help us, absolutely lovely. Preparing poached eggs for me even though I ordered them a little after 10am. Bar staff lovely too and offering recommendations when I didn't know what I wanted.

The only thing I'd like to have seen for such a big hotel was a gym, even a basic suite but just something to let people do a little bit of training.

Room a little small and furniture dated. The dark wood and purple wall made the room seem oppressive.

The staff are so friendly, the hotel is so quiet and the surroundings are beautiful, the food is delicious, breakfast and Sunday lunch were 10/10, we will definitely be back

The only thing that was a downside for us was the amount of stairs, there were 3 flights of stairs to our room and the wooden staircase is very steep and hurt my legs, a lift would be beneficial
