The Lord Nelson Brewery Hotel

Nice pub feel, friendly staff. However it was very loud and we struggled to sleep. It was ok for an overnight stay, as we wanted to stay in the city for the night.

Lovely spacious room in an historic pub. Few minor issues with a light and the shower could be improved but a great stay.

Staying at the Lord Nelson Brewery was perfect. It was unique and comfortable. The location was conveniently located with a short walk to the Sydney Harbour and The Rocks area. When booking keep in mind the rooms are above a brewery and bar so it may be noisy but it was worth hearing the noise below! You won't be disappointed.

This is a lovely historical pub and hotel.Very convenient to Sydney’s main sites.The beer is terrific . Room we stayed in needs a bit of attention and the shower needs replacing.A bit of road noise early in the morning.

A stay with a small look back into history. The hotel is very popular with an energetic after work crowd. The rooms were nicely incorporated into the well preserved building and all facilities worked well. Parking is available in the streets surrounding the hotel and paid parking is nearby. Great location if you are headed to the the nearby theatres l.

The room was large and beautifuly furnished with alcove seating recessed into thick sandstone walls. Very atmospheric of early colonial days. The only negative was when our next door neighbour had a 6am shower and we were woken by the loud shrieking noise of the plumbing system.
