Best Western Conway

For the price, the location was convenient but busy and a bit older. The hotel itself was older but I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the lobby/breakfast area. It was a good value if you aren't looking for a newer hotel.

The staff was very helpful, the night shift clocked in early and booked us into the room. It was a bit noisy (vehicles exhaust note) and was not sure of the neighborhood. For an obviously old style of building, the property has been well maintained. Everything seemed cleaned. The smell was a bit strong walking in, like trying to hide something.

The hotel was in a good location with easy access to food and shopping. Felt safe. Hotel was clean and plenty of pillows and clean towels.

Friendly, average stay. Quite. Just fine for overnight. Lots of parking. Easy access for return to highway. Lots of places to eat within one city block.

Beds were horribly hard, water pressure in the shower was not great.
