There was an unpleasant odor in the room. This definitely affected how we felt about it. Went to hang up a hand towel, and the towel rack fell off the wall. It was not properly anchored. It was evident that it had probably fallen out before, as there were additional shallow spots, where it had been before, a couple of inches below the current shallow spots.
