Best Western Conway

#1 - Very clean. Spacious with table and desk. Mattress was not very comfortable. Lots of road noise, Very close to interstate as well as major throughfare.. Breakfast adequate but don't set your expectations very high. Pet friendly but very limited green space outside. Choice of restaurants, could walk to many. Older facility well maintained price is right

I've stayed here several times, and always a great stay in all areas. The rooms and all customer areas clean n inviting. The staff are always professional and most important friendly n courteous, the best part is just that, feeling welcomed. The breakfast is amazing as well.

Great location! Restaurants nearby. Parking for moving truck and pickup with trailer . Staff was accommodating!

The room was fairly clean and accommodating. Found a broken lamp on the desk, and bedside table lamp needed a new lightbulb. Otherwise, for a one night stop on our trip, it was okay. We didn't eat breakfast there, my husband needed a full meal, so went to a restaurant instead.

There were roaches on the table that the driver was eating on.

This stay was excellent. At check-in we were moved to a ground floor unit. We were able to park directly in front of the room. That made unloading and loading easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, sausage, biscuits, eggs gravy, choices of cereals and waffles. Coffee and juices were available.

Not a bad place to stay for the price, but it could use some work…

It is a good location nearby to plenty of restaurants/ shopping. The staff was friendly.

Very old, rundown location. There was a smoke detector in an adjacent room going off incessantly throughout our stay—sounded like a low-battery warning. Some of the lights flickered in and out repeatedly and some of the outlets only worked intermittently. The staff’s only answer was to move us to another room, not an option as the ‘pet friendly’ room had a hole in the under-bed barrier meant to keep pets from disappearing under the bed. Our pets were terrified and had of course hidden deep under the bed behind that barrier. We used ear plugs for the night and when daylight came had to lift the mattress and box springs from the bed to finally get our pets out. We didn’t go to the breakfast as we didn’t want to take the chance of opening the room door far enough to risk losing a terrified pet into the parking lot. Further, we didn’t really feel safe in this room—the door had clearly been forced in at some past time and the door safety latch inadequately reattached to the broken wood. We blocked it with chairs just in case. Never going back.
