Nice and pleasant experience

Fairly average hotel. Room smelled a little funky and bed was uncomfortable.

Room appeared clean but my feet kept sticking to the floor in the bath area - had to rinse with water. Pet charge was $30 - more than other chains. Room next to us had window open with a fan going as if air not working and looked like someone was camping there. The dog kept sniffing the carpet as if something was spilled. The entire place looked worn out - not up to our expectations for a Best Western. I would not stop there again.

We were traveling with two dogs. The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and the a/c was ice cold! Perfect for a one night stay.

Great variety of hot and cold breakfast items and coffee 24/7! The room was clean and orderly with all the needed amenities - coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Had no trouble with internet access. I had a lovely, relaxing stay. Would recommend Best Western in Conway for your next hotel stay! I know it will be my choice again!

This is an old motel. The carpet in our floor was dirty, felt wet and smelled. I had tried to cancel my reservation prior to arrival but could never get anyone to answer the phone. Tried to cancel through Expedia and they never could get someone to answer either. Once we arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. However, the room was not great. The tiny bathroom was dirty, the room smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke, the carpet was filthy. This establishment needs MAJOR updates! Would not recommend nor would we stay again.

Roomy, nice bed and shower, pleasant and professional staff, good parking, near a great variety of eating establishments. Zero complaints.
