The place is definitely 'quirky' but has bags of originality. David, (proprietor) absolutely top man. The breakfast is a cuisine experience, beautifully presented, beautifully cooked and a taste that you will never forget. Thank you David for everything. Paul & Christine.

Everything about the stay was amazing. We received a wonderful welcome and the attention to detail was amazing. Our room was amazing and to have a fresh tray of tea and coffee delivered to your room on request was amazing. Breakfast was excellent and overall it was just a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back

What a fantastic little B&B this is. So far away from your standard accommodation. The rooms are furnished in a fascinating eclectic style with lots of interesting little touches and spotlessly clean. As for David, the host, we couldnt ask for better service. Very attentive and always on hand to provide fresh tea or coffee, brought to our room whenever we liked. But never intrusive. The breakfast was excellent. All local produce and the English breakfast cooked fresh any way we liked. We will definitely return. Excellent value for money.

Wow. We had a lovely weekend staying at Parsons B&B. We had the ‘Grey’ room which was downstairs. The decor is quirky and in keeping with the old house. The bathroom had a lovely deep bath. I think the other room which is upstairs has a shower. Our bed was comfy and the room was lovely and warm. As soon as we arrived we were offered a fresh tea or coffee. No kettle in the room but David, the host was always on hand to make you up a cafetière of coffee. There was a lounge room where you had breakfast The breakfast was so delicious. You can have a starter of cereal, homemade porridge which was the best porridge I’ve ever had. The breakfast trifle was also delicious. Next you got a cooked breakfast using local produce. It was all lovely. The B&B is opposite the farm shop which has a cafe and there’s some great walks from there. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

David the owner was extremely attentive, nothing was too much trouble, we were offered endless cups of tea and coffee & we had an excellent choice for breakfast, the only downside, there no TV in the bedroom & as our stay was in February, there's not much for a pensioners to do in the evenings.

We really enjoyed our stay, the host was really welcoming and was always checking on us making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was really good

My sister and I had a most enjoyable stay. David was most attentive and a good host. The room was comfortable and warm. A good choice for breakfast. would certainly recommend
