"Exceptional"

Beautiful resort. 5-15 min drive to places like Playa Mango, El Pital, Ojo de Agua, etc. The staff were so kind. Exceptional service. They arranged transportation to get around Ometepe. They also gave us the option to rent an ATV for a day so we can drive freely around the island. Whatever we needed, they provided. The food at their restaurant was amazing. Nice pool and yoga studio with amazing views. Keep in mind this hotel is on top of a hill so you truly get a beautiful panoramic views of the island. And the rooms are so nice. Keep in mind too that the shower and toilet is outdoors but it's private of course. But it's such a nice experience. Our room had the most perfect view of the volcano too. Overall the resort is beautiful. You're really one with the nature here. But the best part is the most kind and most helpful staff. Honestly such genuine people.

Lugar bonito quem bela vista para o lago e para o vulcão . Linda estrutura do restaurante e do lugar para fazer yoga.

Apenas uma sugestão: um drink para receber os hospedes ou um cafe pelo menos não seria nada mal. Isso sao pequenos gestos que melhoram o atendimento. Na suite ter uma pequena mesa para colar as malas em cima não seria nada mal tambem. Assim não temos que colocar no chao

The view and the hotel is amazing! It's perfect for a couple or group of friends. It's in the jungle so you must be prepared of all the bugs but if you love the wild it's the best place

The hotel is perfect but not the rooms. The sounds of the bugs during the night, the bugs in the room. I will not recommend for a family

Schöne Aussicht und Restaurant. Das Personal war unglaublich hilfsbereit und sehr aufmerksam. Sie haben unseren Transport, Tours und die Scooter Miete organisiert.

"We had a great time. Loved the sounds of the monkeys first thing in the morning."

The views were stunning. It’s a small area but they are building a bigger pool which would be great! The staff was amazing!!! I had a flat tire and they helped me changed it. They were 100!

The only negative thing would be the pool. It was small.
