"Very dissappointing!!"

The heat didn't work properly, the coffee maker didn't work, etc. We booked a handicapped room with wheelchair accessibility, and the first night was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Not a good experience!!

It wasn't what I expected smallish looked run down weak breakfast not to bad no hot tub pricy expected more of a upgrade then a little run down room at a luxury priced disapointed

Breakfast food set up nice.

Filthy outdoor hallways, water leaks all over outdoor floors. Bathroom sink clogs. You can't reach toilet paper unless you close the bathroom door, ludicrous. Why not have it on the wall next to the toilet? Coffee creamer with keurig machine is stale and crumbly. Will never go to a best western again.
