Helpful staff. Good varied breakfast. Swimming pool good size. Bottled water available at all times. Good location for visiting family nearby.

das hotel liegt günstig in der Nähe vom SFO , deshalb war es unsere Wahl. das Hotel ist ein ganz guter durchschnitt , das frühstück ist amerikanischer standart, also Besteck aus Plastik , Waffeln ,Toast, Cerealien und Kaffee, Tee und Säfte.

Wir hatten leider das Pech dass wir im Nebenzimmer ein Pärchen hatten, das die ganze Nacht lauthals geredet und gestritten hat. Türe auf Türe zu und das alles laut! sie schliefen nicht eine Minute! dementsprechend müde waren wir am nächsten morgen. das personal war nett und auf unsere Beschwerde wurde uns ein Wasser angeboten.... das gab es sowieso kostenlos .

This is not a 5 star hotel but it is run with a 5 star mentality. The staff was very professional and they obviously care about the hotel and the property. The room was clean and the rest of the property was clean and well maintained. Great experience.

We stay here when visiting our daughter in Redwood City. It is clean and quiet, with helpful staff. We had an accessible ground level room near the pool, which was what we needed. Fresh waffles for breakfast!
