Best Western Inn

Room was very nice and quiet and comfortable, but had tiny ants and a couple gnats in the bathroom area and a small spider crawling near the desk on the wall. I didn’t like the bugs.

The Inn was easy to find and conveniently located. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was ok. Location was convenient.

Our heater didn't work and we were cold.

Although I did have a need for them, knowing that there were handicap accessible options was great to see, as it's hard to find in hotels. The commodities given by the hotel and in their rooms was great, 24/7 service, and other services that they offered through other companies, etc; all seemed very helpful! There was also a great amount of privacy, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly. Overall, my partner and i had a good night's rest, and the included breakfast was a great but simple touch!

Not a crazy big negative, but it's something to think about if you're staying here- it's right next to a busy road and train track, so there's bound to be some noise here and there. (The room was pretty quiet though, it kept alot of noise out so not that bad!) And the biggest con I saw was the parking lot, there definitely are alot of spaces but because its next to a Stacks, getting in and/or out of there in the morning might be tricky. Otherwise nothing too crazy or horrible!
