Pool nicht zugänglich. Das Frühstück verdient nicht den Namen. Das Personal ist naja… weder freundlich noch kompetent. Es werden 50$ extra Kaution für das Zimmer verlangt… wieder bekommen habe ich sie nicht mehr…

This is the first negative review I have ever given a business. We had a confirmed reservation for three nights over Memorial weekend that we paid for through Booking.com. When we arrived, the hotel had no record of our reservation. They had one room available for the first night but none for the rest of the stay. There were no other rooms available in the area so we boked the available room for one night then had to drive 2.5 hours home the next day and end our vacation early. Staff (including on-site manager) were completely unhelpful and showed no hospitality whatsoever. They said it was not their fault and we needed to deal with Booking.com. They refused to comp the one night we stayed even though that room would have gone empty since we arrived late at night. I never would have asked for the room to be comped if the staff showed any sort of sympathy for our situation. The hotel has not responded to my direct messages. We have not received a refund from the hotel for the one night we stayed or from Booking.com for our three night reservation. I will never stay here or at any Pacifica Hotels property again. There are many other hotels on Moonstone Beach that have much better customer service and hospitality. The bathtub drain was clogged so I showered in standing water. The bathroom exhaust was so loud that I had to turn it off and the bathroom was full of steam. Walls are thin so I heard the person in the room next to me snore all night.

What a lovely hotel at a great location. The room was spacious, beautiful and clean. No remarks. The property was nice and well kept. We did not use the swimming pool but it looked like a cozy spot on a sunny day. The complimentary breakfast/coffee bar is basic but it has everything you need. The amount of parking spots is limited but I did find a spot relatively close to our room. The hotel is just across the beautiful beach. It's a perfect spot for the sunset or an amazing walk around sunrise. Great place to stay.

Beautiful quaint property. Easy check in- very helpful staff , beautiful rooms with modern contemporary design. Very pretty reception area when you check in, pool .

The only reason my score was not a 10/10 is because you can hear other guests- walls a bit on the thin side and the slamming of doors- no quiet sensors.

The rug was dirty. There were random red threads throughout the room. Coffee maker was dirty. Shower felt like it was spitting on us. The ventilation in the bathroom was extremely noisy. The pillows were uncomfortable and cheap. Unfortunately the mattress was too. There’s no ac so a staff member brought is a broken and dirty fan with a remote that didn’t work. The fireplace didn’t work properly. Wall paper was peeling.

Location is fabulous. Room was quite comfortable (wanted to take the bed home). Staff very friendly. Fireplace turned on with a wall switch!
