The location was awesome! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The heated pool was perfect.

The location was helpful for a downtown concert, but just pulling up on the sidewalk for the entrance threw me off.

I booked my reservation through booking.com using my card to hold it. I did specify on the app to pay when we arrive at the hotel. When I arrived, the hotel receptionist asked for my debt card and driver's licence. We checked in and went out after 5:30pm to drop off my kids at a concert. When we returned later that night, there was a note on the door requesting to see the hotel receptionist. They informed us that we still had to pay for the room. I was just confused, because the app had my information and I gave the hotel my debit card when I checked in. I just want to understand what the confusion was.

The location

I did not like this morning at 11:30 am I was getting dressed and a staff member knocked on the door then proceeded to just walk in my room while I didn’t have clothes on . I asked the person “isn’t check out at 12?” And she said yes, so I’m confused as to why she thought it was okay to let herself in my room. I have never experienced this before and it upset me for the rest of the day. Your staff member was very rude . I also informed the front desk about it and it was like whatever, instead of asking me of a description of the person so the matter could be addressed.

Stayed 1 night due to early flight the next morning. It was reasonable, great location and comfy beds

Love everything, would book again.
