Great service

Most of the outlets in the room didnt work, stains on the floor and walls, overall pretty rundown place to stay.

It was a good cheap stay not too bad.

This was a decent stay. The property is relatively clean and staff was friendly. The biggest gripe I have about this hotel is it's lack of electric outlet for charging phones and even the coffee maker in the room. There was yelling and loud noises outside the room at night. I won't mind staying again here, but hope the management does something about providing access to power outlet in the room.

Overall it was good but it smells really bad like weed

Sadly this property has gone down hill from back in the day when we have stayed here in the past. Rooms have fallen into disrepair, wallpaper peeling, carpets stained and torn, furnishings substandard. Quite sad to see the place like this as it was always quite well run.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, a perfect first impression. Clean and fresh room. Smelled clean and bed was very tidy. Quiet for the most part beside others settling in. Able to sleep at night and bed is comfy. I bring my own pillow to hotels and think the only questionable thing in the room is the pillows against the metal bed frame, which might feel unsettling to some. Overall, I would stay here again because the quality for the price is much better compared to other such properties and their pricing (from personal experience), and they offer spacious/private parking.

Downtown and staff respect privacy

It may not be the Ritz Carlton, but it’s relatively clean, quiet, comfortable, and inexpensive by San Francisco standards, especially on weekdays. The front desk is friendly and accommodating, and the refundable incidentals fee won’t break your wallet. CCMI is a well-kept SF secret hideaway.
