The two people who checked us in were great. I wanted three things from our hotel: 1. In expensive 2. Parking 3. Luggage storage. Which is all stated on hotel description. There is NO luggage storage. Was disappointed as we were exploring city and it states everywhere NOT to leave bags in car. The hotel was fine. Walls are thin. The person staying next to us kept going outside multiple times throughout the night (1am, 3am, 6am) we could hear what he was watching on his phone. Older hotel.

Great customer service definitely recommended

I was not asked if I wanted to use cash for my deposit. He put it on my card without asking me and I still don’t have it back. There was no paper to write on, no literature to read and the shower is too small plus not the friendliest

It was good for the price and the area. A little sketchy area. Not the cleanest but no bugs or anything.

Front desk service is the best

I’ve stayed here many times. Good locale for The Warfield and South of Market, and it’s affordable. Not for those looking for a luxury hotel in downtown SF. Need to be amenable to homelessness. But definitely gets the job done, and good, secure parking.
