Bed was stiff but okay

The room was gross and there were no shower shoes and do not use the pool. Don't walk on the floor barefooted. AC doesn't work.

Air did not work. The room was literally 80+ degrees. Carpet was atrocious & I would not walk on the floors without shoes. Holes in the bathroom walls where towel rack used to hang and the holes were plugged with what looked like toilet paper. Worst room I have experienced.

Rooms were very hot fist room I got the window was broken where it doesn’t close A.C were broken Could use more varieties for breakfast Not worth the price to stay Stayed here cause baby was cranky and need to stop driving for the day

The beds were not very big and hard. Had some wall damage and holes in the wall. Water damage from ac in the wall. Only nice thing was it had some really great water pressure in the shower.

Worked great for a weekend get away at the Zoo, decent pool for our daughter, clean room & sheets. Staff was very accommodating and friendly! We enjoyed our time here

Western Inn is a little dated. The staff were very friendly, but the room could use some attention. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. There were unpatched holes in the walls of the bathroom as well as an stained towel left for the floor mat.

The a/c didnt work.. the beds were soo hard

The air conditioner didn't work upon check in. Apparently no one else's did either.
