Best Western Heritage Inn

We stayed in room 131 asked for 2 days for room service just got ignored. Beds were never made towels were never changed. And all house keeping did was make excuses why it was never done. Fowel smell it smelled old and toilet issues from day one.

The shower did not work so I called the front desk when I was told to turn it to the left instead of the right. You actually had to pull so hard out that you felt like you might break it to get the water to work. I will not stay here again.

The hotel smelled badly when I walked in the lobby, the ice machine was broken in the hotel lobby. Only ice machine in the building. The front desk person went and got ice from somewhere in the back office. I don't know where or what he got it out. It was very unsettling. Got in the elevator to the second floor. The carpet was dirty in the hallway. Carpet baseboards were lying on the floor. The windows in the hallway were so dirty you couldn't see through them . When I open the door to my bedroom it looked nice, but then I see dirty socks underneath the dresser from a previous night, a empty water bottle that I accidentally kicked from underneath the bed, a dead bug on the ice tray in the. Turn down the air conditioner and a roach came out, took a video of another roach, crawling on the wall above my bed on the ceiling. And the ceiling there was a whole where wires were sticking out from as if a ceiling fan had been removed, but the wires were exposed from the hole.

There was a crack in the wall that looked like it was painted over but still opened a seem on the wall outside of the bathroom. The toilet ran most of the night after using it once that we were unsure if it was safe to use.

The staff was friendly, and nice - it was close to everything you could need.

The beds/pillows were not comfortable.

Our room was clean on a daily bases with fresh towels and all necessary amenities. Very quite. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly if we visit California and the area we will definitely recommend stay at the BW establishment.

The breakfast is good. They offer the most variety out of alot of hotels I've been too. And this place is clean. The rooms are spacious. A few staff aren't too friendly, but other than that it was a great experience.

Noisy heater and air .Need upgrade
