Too cold, fire pleases inside where not working, not enough cozy blankets, not enough cozy seating inside, living room!!

The property itself was visually pleasing but the beds were extremely hard, the shower did not want to turn on and had absolute no water or warm water the first night we stayed. When asking for help or assistance they were rude when answering questions and took over an hour to come by and check out the issue. When arriving the first thing we noticed was the sinks in the kitchen and bathrooms were extremely rusty and not clean..the fridge in the kitchen did not work as well.

Location is great , finding the actual place was difficult. No signs and terrible communication with host

The host and the communication was terrible , took forever to get a reply before arrival and once I checked I never heard from the host again after multiple attempts. Never got my breakfast or check out instructions

The structure was nice.

The lack of hot water. The lack of personnel

Too basic. The shower heads were an issue and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles were empty in both showers.

I loved everything about this place .
