Es un Airbnb, no es hotel, no hay recepción ni personal que esté en el lugar las 24hrs, tienen muchos problemas con el agua caliente, no sale agua en los baños, si te bañas en un baño y abren la llave del otro te deja de salir el agua. Un tremendo caos. No lo recomiendo jamás. El personal que trabaja en el lugar nos atendió hasta donde pudo. Es un lugar caro para que ofrecen, no vayan

Water heather did not work, send a msg to the same contact that confirmed our reservation but did not respond

Not very clean. They took action once we requested bed sheets. We didn’t have bed sheets for the sofa bed, which had a very gross mattress. Location was great though and the views were amazing.

The location was beautiful and the house was very clean, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, both showers only had cold water during our stay. I reached out to the person in charge of the house for assistance, but never received a response. This made our stay quite uncomfortable, and it was disappointing not to receive any help or acknowledgment.

Beautiful property

Was kind of lost another person that was staying there was the one that let us know where the key was for the premises. There was nobody on site to ask questions or to give us information. Someone should have been there to greet us and to walk us through expectations..

It’s very well located between Ruta Del Valle and close to road where Frida is .

The place could be clean more and host is not super responsive. They could provide blow dyers for the guests.

The room itself was absolutely beautiful, very well-decorated, spacious, and comfortable.

Our stay was impacted by some major inconveniences. The heater wasn’t working, which made it uncomfortably cold, and to make matters worse, we had no water. We arrived late at night, otherwise, we would have left the property immediately. While we appreciated the aesthetic and ambiance of the room, these issues made our stay far less enjoyable than we had hoped. I really wish these problems had been addressed.
