Esta lindo el patio y la Villa muy amplia

No había agua caliente. El aire acondicionado hacia un ruido tremendo en un cuarto y mis no pudieron dormir, además caía agua del aire acondicionado y se mojaron cosas de mis acompañantes.

It was a nice, quiet area, close to the vineyards. We felt safe there. Check in was easy, the keys were left in the door for us, and the bedroom itself was clean and comfortable.

Our key for our room broke inside the door, and when we messaged the host about it, we didn’t get a response until the next day after asking them again about getting a new key. We didn’t end up getting a new key for our stay so our room was unlocked the whole time. Maintenance was supposed to come on day 2 and they never did. Our last day the host did get back to us and let us know we could move rooms for our final night.

The property was amazing! Clean, quiet. Good to relax. There is no check in desk. We were lucky the cleaning crew was on site when we arrived.

Loved it was am experience

I recently stayed at Chateaux del Valle Vacational Homes, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The 2-bedroom villa was beautiful — spacious, well-maintained, and perfectly designed for a relaxing getaway in wine country. The views were absolutely stunning, especially during sunset, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind. One of the best parts was that we were allowed to play music until late, which made the evening feel even more special. It’s rare to find a place that offers that kind of flexibility without sacrificing peace or privacy. The staff was extremely nice and very understanding, which really added to the welcoming vibe of the property. They made us feel right at home. Overall, I highly recommend Chateaux del Valle to anyone visiting Valle de Guadalupe — whether you’re going for wine tasting, a special celebration, or just a relaxing weekend. I’ll definitely be back!

La ubicación

Sin atención del personal, o no tan inmediata como se requiere. Sin limpieza ni sacar la basura durante una semana. Sin papel de baño suficiente. Primer día sin agua caliente y tardaron en apoyarnos, perdimos una reservación. La tv ( cable) no funcionaba, sin buena usabilidad. Mejoraría dos cosas: mejorar la comunicación con los anfitriones, que fuera más inmediata para cuando necesites más papel de baño o alguna necesidad al momento, y sacar la basura del baño por lo menos, porque no es agradable tener 8 días el mismo bote de basura del baño, y tampoco poner por lo menos bolsas para que uno mismo lo haga.
