upon perusing the website, one might believe they were reserving a stay in a sleek, modern oasis of comfort- a retreat promising crisp linens, polished service, and updated decor. alas, one should never judge a stay but its staged stocked photography. The moment we arrived, reality his harder than a faulty air conditioner in July. Half of the property boasts exterior motel-style doors, evoking the architectural charm of a 1960s roadside thriller-the kind where the only checking out is your will to stay. The front desk experience was an interpretive dance of extremes. One kind and well-meaning gentleman did his best to offer welcome, but his counterpart's demeanor could be bottled and sold as "artic hostility" politeness is apparently optional-smiles entirely extinct. Our room, while relatively clean, lacked the promised security. both windows on the ground floor were left unlocked, wide-open invitations to anyone with curiosity and a crowbar. A small but vital detail if one prefers to sleep without the risk of Suprise guests. Inside, the decor whispered "make do" with an orange accent wall that looked like it was sponsored by a local high school art class. The bed was fine; the towels were folded with the ceremonial flourish of the "bare minimum". in conclusion - -Clean enough not to flee -Modern? only if your benchmark was 2003 -Guest service? mostly ghosted -secure? not unless you brought your own deadbolt Would I return? Only if I were cast in a documentary titled "When marketing lies" until then, I'll be triple-locking my windows, rechecking hotel reviews, and steering clear, of digital sorcery disguised as hospitality.

Clean, convenient location and friendly staff.

Victim of property theft; front desk receptionist not helpful, poor attitude and made stay unpleasant. On-site general manager was very apologetic, but had to leave early and fight for refund for last day as we were unsafe and items not secure in hotel. Cleaning staff gave us dirty looks after speaking to general manager. Horrible experience.

This was an ok stay. Biggest annoyance was that the AC unit could not keep up and it wasn’t even that hot. Likely bc the door seal was not well done (guessing on my part). I could not stay here if it was true heat of the summer. Also, we had 4 people and we requested extra pillows and were told we could only have 2. Fully recognize that me needing 3 pillows to sleep sounds a little extra but requesting more than 2 for 4 people seems reasonable. Slightly dated but this did not bother us. Other than being limited by staff on the pillows, staff seemed kind. Nice location if visiting the campus!
