"Very well located, pleasant hotel."

The receptionists were very nice and helpful. We liked the breakfast. The location is great, near the University and about 20 minutes walk to downtown Fort Collins.

The wifi connection is outrageous: there was practically no connection in the room almost all the time, and you'd have to go to the lobby to connect to wifi. I generally find the hotel a bit overpriced, however, it may be normal for the Summer time in Colorado.

After I checked in I went to my room and it had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The front desk clerk reassigned us a room right away. I tried to use the vending machines and they did not work. The rooms had a weird smell.

Good room size, clean & comfy enough. They're planning a substantial reno this year so will upgrade. Morning breakfast had v good coffee. Food just OK. Good variety.

Location was great. Room was comfortable and fairly spacious. Breakfast had a few basic options that were decent. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done. I'd stay there again.
