It was the worst hotel I've stayed in. It was dirty. No amenities were in the room. The commode was half fastened to the floor and it dripped all night. You could see outside around the outside door.

It was a nice room and clean where it counts. Definitely will stay again if I go back to grand junction. Love the new owners!

There wasn’t much I didn’t like besides the people lurking around outside.

Price was decent

Room was not clean when we checked in. Area felt a little unsafe. Door didn’t close fully. Never ended up staying here.

Tuve que llenar el agua con el tubo de la ducha, con el bote de la basura y poder vaciar el tanque

There was a used bar of soap in the shower. One of the bed spreads had stains on it and we had to go to the office for towels. It was one of the top five worst hotels I have stayed in.

The wi-fi was good, the TV selections were good. The towel was soft. Microwave & Fridge worked well. Surprised there was no in-room coffee machine. Pool water was good, but area was not.

We arrived and had 1 lg towel, no toilet paper, torn carpet, spotted bathtub, and a massive amount of flies. They changed our room eventually, but again, no towels, no soap, but we did have TP. It took 3 hours to get settled into the NEW room. The breakfast was very disappointing....frozen egg english muffins, 2 kinds of cereal. That's it. We stayed here before, but it really needs a major upgrade. Location is great. Love Denny's and Applebees nearby.

The entire place was filthy and a real safety concern. The first room they assigned us was bug infested, no towels, soap, and had not been cleaned. The refrigerator door could not close and there were drops of dried blood on the floor by the sink. The bed had been made, though, just not clean. The trash in the walkways and stairwell was overflowing. The stairs themselves were uneven and several treads were loose and wobbly. The second room we were assigned we actually watched them clean it, but it was cursory. The toilet did not fully or properly flush and the hot water valve in the shower did not work, so - no shower. We were with a large group so leaving wasn't an easy or viable option and it was very late and we were exhausted. The man at the front desk when I checked out in the morning basically said that it was my fault for not notifying them the night before so that maintenance could fix it and then proceeded to tell me it was already on the list for maintenance. BAD place!

Poor to no service from staff. Broken toilet, no towels, trashy atmosphere. Overcharged for two nights instead on one and the $100 hold charge still hasn't been removed after 5 days.

Absolutely nothing.
