Days Inn by Wyndham Grand Junction

No hot water, stains all over beds and curtains. 5 light bulbs not working. Hair dryer missing ripped out of wall. Wouldn't stay, refused to refund my money, went to corporate same response. Went down stayed at a quality inn was beautiful and almost same price. Still no refund from days inn. Horrible hotel and corporate leadership

The staff service was great and the bed was comfy

There were ants and roaches, no towels or paper. The room didnt look like it had been cleaned at all.

I stayed here about 5 weeks prior to the last charge to my card. The Indian(?) man at the counter spoke poor English and accidentally kept putting in the wrong date for my stay. So the recent fraudulent charge was not my actual stay. When I did stay, I got up in the middle of the night too pee, and there were roaches on the bathroom floor.

The people at the front desk should have had a better knowledge of the English language. The breakfast was lousy.

Everything. The room was nasty and we left early.

It was close to the I-70 ramp.

The staff was never here, the carpets had weird gross stains, the beds were disgusting and uncomfortable, there were no towels no kleenex, and none of your typical toiletries. The sound was polution was terrible! You could hear everything from outside.the TWO towels we received had gross stains, there was no "do not disturb" sign and we just had to trust that the cleaning people wouldn't come in before we checked out. Honestly, this is probably one of the worst stays I have ever had. I wish I could get a refund. There was even someone in the lobby at 11am who said they had been waiting for a front desk person since 7:30AM! Don't stay here. You'll regret it.

All of it was filthy dirty. Only one light bulb on a 5 bulb fixture above the sink worked.I received a towel after requesting towels. There was mold/ mildew in the tub. Did I mention how dirty the floors,walls and carpets are?
