La puerta de la habitación estaba mal, no sé podía cerrar con seguro, al parecer trataron de abrirla. No me pudieron mover a otra habitación, así que la arreglaron. La papeleta de la basura estaba sucia, no la desocuparon antes...

Rooms where dirty, sinks leaked, bath tub clogged, shifty ass management, was charge a 150 cleaning fee for sheets that where already stained

Location. WE DID NOT STAY WE GIT A DIFFERENT HOTEL THAT NIGHT AND WE'D LIKE OUR $ BACK.

Cleanlinesswas non-existent. Linens were stained &/or soiled.

didn't feel safe. room rented to us was not serviced. two disabled women arriving at 1am, we didn't feel safe asking to be moved to a different room, and since there was a no refund policy, we couldn't afford to go to another hotel. nobody at the desk the next day to talk to or even check out. finally got a call hours later and the manager wasn't willing to work with us. blood stained sheets. no toilet paper. brown streaks on the walls. people walking around the parking lot at night. hardly any street lighting. a few cameras but most of the parking lot was not covered by cameras due to fencing etc.

DO NOT STAY HERE! When I first entered the room, there was no toilet paper or soap. It smelled musty, and the floor tiles were loose. The room was towards the back of the hotel near the "dog run". Trash cans with feces and flies - disgusting. Had to enter a sketchy tunnel to get to it. There were cars in parking lot with flat tires and lots of junk in them. Didn't feel safe. When I returned to my room, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the deadbolt didn't work. I left the hotel and checked into the Econo Lodge instead. I wish I had stayed and gathered documentation so I could get a refund from Super.com.
