The free breakfast was horrible rock hard sausages undercooked egg no microwave in the room had to force front door open was in a very strange location that honestly was scary and did not seem safe & very dated

Stayed one night. Good place for the price. Clean just a little dated. Pool And hot tub inoperative and looked like it has been that way quite a while.

This was just a quick stop to rest from a cross country trip - Cody Wyoming to Dallas Texas - 1/2 point. The Hotel is old, the rooms are average, the thing that made it an enjoyable stay was the front desk staff (both checking in/out were very nice) the free breakfast was surprisingly good (the pancakes we really good)….the area the hotel is located is right off interstate 25 next to a pot dispensary (I visited 😊) - and doesn’t appear to be the safest- when I checked the room after getting my room key and noticed the bathroom window was slightly cracked and opened- I quickly closed it, it was definitely something that made me question if this was intentionally done or was an over site by the staff. I will always check the windows on first floors from now on, the open window was a perfect opportunity for someone to ‘visit’ while you were out of the room. Overall it served it’s purpose- nothing to write home about, the saving grace were those pancakes and friendly staff.

The property was not as described as it truly is. The property is not the quality of a Days In but a skid row property. Once inside room it wreaked very strong of smoke and bedding very bad and unsafe. The window ac was the only ventilation the room had. We did call front desk and asked for another room but none were available and told we could either leave to another location or ask manager for a refund the next day. I will NEVER STAY there again. Luckily we had bedding in my truck and that is where we stayed only using the room to use restroom and shower. Very sad!!

The rooms are now upgraded and very nice, clean, roomy, no stinky old carpet! The restaurant is EXCELLENT! Great location! My only complaints : you must clean your stairwells ! They are bad! And then PUT LIGHTS in your stairwells!

The staff was great. The free breakfast was awful. The rooms are outdated and not very clean.

The beds were really comfortable and the food at the attached restaurant was amazing.

The phone on the room didn't work a roach was seen in the bathroom (during heavy rain).
