Location is good, shared spaces (with the other rooms) were decent.

I had specifically requested two separate beds. The room was indicated as a "triple"...but it was a medium-small size room with a double bed and a single bedspring folded (once all the beds were set you could barely move through the room). I had to set up this bed myself, and, following his indications, find the sheets, etc. No-one came to help. The door opening mechanism (through the cell phone) did not work and I had to talk to him on the phone, several times, to find a set of real keys. It seems fishy that the owner did not ask for IDS which needs to be done by law.

The room was very accommodating. Everything was in place,clean and made you feel at home. The location is perfect. You can literally walk to the city center or take a bus there's a bus stop nearby. There is also a supermarket in the next corner. There is a common kitchen you can use and it's fully equipped. I didn't personally use it for a full meal just for breakfast and again it was very accommodating. Lastry, the Bologna Fiere is again really close by. I chose walking but you can reach it by bus or taxi ( if you're in a business trip). 10/10. I would definitely recommend. PS. Mr Aldo helped me a lot. An exceptional host and gentleman.

The location is okay. 25 minutes walk to the sights. A supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. -It’s a 3 room B&B with thin walls. So you will hear the other occupants. - The check-in process in confusing. You have no interaction with anybody (I experienced this in Zagreb and had similar issues). They tell you to phone somebody (not WhatsApp) when you’re at the gate. No one responds, so you have to contact them by WhatsApp. No one responds. -Heating doesn’t work and there were no blankets. I had to ask for one (again WhatsApp) and got it some 15 minutes later. -There’s no fridge nor safe -I can see the ac but there’s no remote (I didn’t need it cause it was cold, but imagine if it was July or august) -The worse: the room hasn’t been serviced once! And they only give you one towel to shower. -I got bit by something, I don’t know what, but it’s the first time I see something like it. It’s 3 spots next to each other (in a triangular shape) and it itches like a mosquito bite. Which makes me think of flea or bed bugs.

Close to bus stop and supermarket. The room was big.

It doesn’t have noise insulation so you hear cars all night. The host was not very communicative and informative. We didn’t feel someone is there all the time that we needed help

The location is great, there's a bus station 1min walk that goes directly to city center, many shops and services downstairs. The room was exceptionally clean, tidy and equipped. The kitchen has all what you'd need from pots and pans, two fridges, dishes glasses, and so many types of tea and a Nespresso coffee machine with many capsules. The room is also equipped with a big TV, has a balcony, and some cloths drying rack if you ever decide to wash something.

Not persè a negative, but be aware that the room overlooks a main street near an intersection. So it is a little loud at night and morning with traffic. The bed was making noises, if you're a light sleeper any move while sleeping, then there will be some squeaking noises.
