Contact with the host was very good and friendly. The room was extremely clean, and so were the common areas. The shared kitchen was cozy, with tea and coffee provided and regularly restocked. Everything went super smooth with the self check-in, despite a somehow unusual door opening mechanism (one has to call a given phone number and this opens the door). The WiFi was fast enough to stream movies or have video calls.

The area around is not particularly charming - but it’s not a big problem since the city centre is relatively close.

My stay was ok.The room was impeccable except that I didn't get a twin bed as stayed but a very small single be in a minute single room. The hotel lies right next door to the biggest hospital in Bologna and you hear loud ambulance sirens very often day and night😞. Bring earplugs !!!

Room hygiene was good and communal kitchen was very convenient. I found the single room size to be very small though.

we could hear everything from the streets and from the other rooms. it was very uncomfortable.

The place was very clean, and the sharing place was very organized. If someone wants, every day there was a cleaner that could clean the room. I just want to add that the owner of the apartment was really nice and helpful when I had a request

The room was so much smaller than I expected. I didn't taught I will have a single bed. The pictures that I saw where really different from what I've received.

Good location, very clean room and host answered quickly to all questions.
