PRS at One Palm Tree Villa near T3 Airport

The tiles on the floor are broken When we 1st go inside it smells like someone just finished cooking dried fish

Ground floor room clean and comfortable with very comfortable bed and shower with decent pressure and ample hot water.. good wifi... Caretaker is always nearby.Great area to stay in Manila, walking distance from Terminal 3

The tv controller needs to be replaced.It has been malfunctioning for some time .I have been coming to stay here for the last 2 years and its always a problem

Lightings a bit dark and window lock is broken considering we're at the ground floor. Anyone can enter through it. There's also catterpillars crawling in the living room and toilet

The location. I've stayed at a different property in the same complex before and it was lovely.

There were multiple problems with this property which amounted to a very unpleasant stay. They included: - extreme uncleanliness and visible dirt/hair on the carpet and bathroom floors. I'm attaching a couple of photos; - no cover on the doonah which appeared to be unwashed; - a general unfinished/storage look to the apartment with an old mattress tucked behind the bed - photo attached; - neither microwave nor hair drier working; - no hot water in the evening. It was finally fixed an hour before I checked out in the morning following multiple requests.

The property is close to Terminal 3, which is helpful for early flights or short stays.

The property was hard to find because it was listed as One Palm Villa, but the actual location was Two Palm Villa, which caused confusion on arrival. There were cockroaches, and there were no towels or toilet paper provided initially. We had to contact the owner/manager to get them.

There was a USED cotton buds in the remote storage. Lots of small roaches inside and outside the room.

The email i received told us to go to building 1 A ten minutes wait with the girl in that building sent to building 3 where we got to go to the room The room was clean and ok The bathroom sink didn't drain the shower was small with a glass door that opened in i only just managed to close it. The wifi not that good I chose this for location next to airport . We had a evening flight in and a early flight out. Probably won't use again.
