PRS at One Palm Tree Villa near T3 Airport

Had to beg to get towels had to constantly call to get them delivered 24hrs later. There pictures show a kitchen but there was nothing but a fridge and you werent allowed to cook. They had disconnected the stove. False advertising would never suggest this place

The area is good and safe. Everything is convenient. The front counter people and the security guards were very polite and respectful. The unit 7W was very disappointing. We asked if we can check in earlier and we were accommodated but we were moved to a different building. We were booked at One Palm Villa but we ended up in Two Palm Tree Villa. The unit doesnt have the exhaust (stove)working in the kitchen. The kitchen utensils were dirty there were cockroaches allover the kitchen n bathroom. We took pictures of them. No fresh towels were provided. for 2 weeks’ stay we were given two bath towels. No hand towels and no face towels were provided. The frying pan was so scratched up that they told us they will send a new one but we never got it. There was no maid service cleaning the unit. Nobody checked if we need maid service. All in all i think the unit was much cheaper thsn the unit that we were supposed to rent because they said they will move us but they never did.

The location from the airport is perfect, the room that we were in was just ok, if we were spening our entire trip in manila i would have changed room/hotel. When getting in contact with someone at the hotel you need to call the number dont message because it dont work.the beds were so hard and had plastic that was cracked, no extra blankets just 1 sheet, only 1 roll of toilet paper(that was already started) when i asked for another roll at front desk i was told to contack the property, the pool was down(it wasnt stated on the site).the room had roaches around and in the fridges, i was given 2 keys but only 1 worked, cupboards were off, when we come back to the Philippines we will not be staying at this hotel again.

Absolutely nothing!

The place was a complete disaster! When we checked in the room the first thing we saw was 4-5 bugs moving around the room. Then I decided to take a shower but unfortunately there was no hot water. I called the staff and a man came to “fix” the problem. Unfortunately the heater was “broken” and he said he will speak with a manager. I waited about 15 minutes and no one called. Went down to see what is going on and the man was left.

Very clean and comfortable studio apartment...Everything worked well including the much appreciated ample water pressure and availability of hot water in the shower although this can vary depending on what apartment you are actually given as there are many available under the name of PRS at One Palm Tree Villa....This particular apartment was well cared for and looked like it had just been given a face lift...I literally only had to wait 5 minutes to get in to the apartment as the housekeeper always seems to be nearby which is much appreciated after a long days travel...Very relaxing stay

Very clean comfortable room... Air-con is very efficient...room has a cozy feel and is situated on ground floor... Wi-Fi was reliable... Nice TV with YouTube available

The only negative for me was the very low water pressure in the shower and lack of warm water... It really needs to be addressed

The hotel staff is verykind and she is always smiling and approachable and the boss of prs one palm tree is so kind she also have speak japanese
