PRS at One Palm Tree Villa near T3 Airport

Wasn’t very clean, a lot of bugs on the floor. Pool looked nice but didn’t use. Bed was ok comfort wise but not sure on cleanliness.

I loved the area very much and I have stayed here before but now the maintenance on the rooms is nonexistent roaches running the show in one of our rooms no hot water in either room dirty from previous days cobwebs, hair, stains . They messed up reservation putting our party in different locations. Not what I would expect for a return guest treatment

The ac did not work. There were cockroaches.

Best location when arriving in Terminal 3 at NAIA MNL. You can actually walk over the pedestrian bridge and be only 2 blocks from the property. Many units to choose from that are suitable for several size families or singles. Walking distance to many shopping and dining options. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and modern facilities.

It's a decent stay, the only problem was that the staff didn't believe me at first when I told them I didn't have a room key, so I was stuck waiting in my room for about an hour going back and forth to get their attention and finally calling a manager from Expedia who got my key. Also there was no body soap in the dispenser in the shower.
