No coffee available in the morning in the lobby! Place could use so painting.

Cannot beat the price in Richmond when all you're really looking for is a clean room with a bed. WiFi is terrible even when you now there's not many people using the service.

Hotel was clean and room was ready when we got there early. A great place to stay.

Room was clean. Staff was very nice. Convenient location. Coffee was good but no cream and sugar provided. Would stay again for a quick overnight stay.

Locate in one mile of variety of stores and restaurants. Quiet. Very mannerable staff, and willing to make accommodation for a pleasant stay. The lights by the beds did not work.

It was an ok place to stay last minute. Smelled very moldy. Musty. Once got past the large debris pile of garbage, broken furniture, etc.... that is right behind office. And the smell. Not to bad. Was well stocked with towels, toiletries, little bottle stuff. Had the fridge and microwave so that was good.

The room was clean and it was nice to have a microwave and small refrigerator. Staff was also prompt and courtious. My only complaint was not with the hotel but with the other guests. The room next to mine was very loud, making a lot of noise, shouting and carrying on both in their room and outside until sometime around 4am. Other than that, I was very happy with my experience.

Great value for the price! Nicest facilities of any place we stayed on this trip. Highly recommend.
