Richmond Inn & Suites

No receipt given. Had to pay cash for the dog or use of credit card was $5.00 extra. Non- smoking room smelled of smoke. Every thing was minimal and cheap. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Noise was very loud from other guests. And I could not sleep. Saw 2 other guests leave @ 4am and 5.30am. Staff not friendly. One of the worst and most unpleasant stays I have experienced at a motel and still do not know the charge of the room?

Didn’t like the terrible smoke smell. Why do motels allow smoking in non smoking rooms and then not find a way to get rid of it? Otherwise the place was clean enough but even the pillows smell.

The management was rude and did not care about their guests stay by any means. The building is probably going to collapse any time. On the second day of my stay i noticed the wall separating from the ceiling and they refused to switch rooms or refund my money. Then took $20 of my cash deposit (they also made me put a cash deposit down and refused to hold funds from my card) because i complained about the room disconnecting. Will never stay there again and hope noone else makes the mistake i did.

Desk service was good but the room was only moderately clean and had a lingering odor. We chose to not stay and went to another location even though we had paid for 2 nights. We were only able to get one night refunded. Overall not a good experience

Very affordable. Good central location for Richmond.

It was a quiet place to stay. Only complaint was the bed was too hard.

This is a smaller, older family-type operation. It is clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. Towels were smaller than I like. Many channels on TV. I would choose this location again.,

Front desk check in was fast and friendly. I had requested a room with no stairs and they were very kind and helpful. I loved the in room coffee. The room had recently been updated and was very clean. We had a good nights sleep with no worries.

Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Room and bathroom were clean also.
