Thunderbird Inn of Mackinaw City

No breakfast Plugs were worn out so my phone charger kept falling out of the socket. Room smelled musty

The lady who worked at the desk was,very nice. However, we were never told about breakfast. Have no idea where it was even located. Never saw a hint. I am sure there wasn't a breakfast!

We were there for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned! We were never told we had to request our room be cleaned. I have never had to request a room clean after 2 days. There were holes in the bathroom wall. Loose wallpaper hanging. Bedspread and skirt had to be at least 30 years old! Very loud noise when bathroom light was turned on.

Beds clean and comfortable. Ground floor was handy.

Room was clean with a comfortable bed.

While all rooms have a fridge, some have a smaller fridge. We paid a little more money for this trip vs a previous trip here. This time we had a room that was next door to previous room, but had a smaller fridge.

Clean, well equipped, good location. Close to eating and shopping facilities.

Electrical outlets need replacing, plugs loose in receptacle and 1 outlet not working!

The air conditioner didn't work. The electric outlet closest to the bed only had one working space. The bedside tables need to be higher. I use a c-pap and the machine has to be as high or higher than the bed. The tables were lower so I had to use a couple of books to raise the machine. I didn't see any recycle bins.
