Bathroom was clean. Showers worked fine. Room itself was pretty clean. Refrigerator and air conditioner worked great.

One of the sets of sheets was stained so that was disgusting. Luckily we only needed one of the 2 beds so we just slept in the other bed. No breakfast that I was aware of. No shuttle to the ferry.

The beds were really comfortable, best I've found so far while traveling. The swimming pool was nice, warm and clean. Great location.

The floors were a little dirty in the room but that's the only bad.

Nothing, really. It was old, outdated, and very thin walls.

It was disgusting, I’m not picky usually and don’t expect a luxury experience at a budget hotel. But this room had so much mold I had trouble sleeping because I was coughing and sneezing so much. You could see it running up the corners of the room, and along the baseboards. The floor was also extremely dirty. The people in the room next door were loud and kept us up well past midnight.

The conditions of the room were much more poor than expected. Missing trim, dirty walls. If you’re staying with a clean freak, do not check behind any dresser or end table.

Clean room for a good price

Drain in shower tub didn't work as it should. Room keys had to be reset for 2nd night. Supposedly they were too close to my phone, in a separate pocket. Thankful that they worked after the staff reset.

Stale odor in the room but opening windows seemed to clear it up.

Very Nice stay. Went in and needed a room for three nights. The employee was very accommodating and we booked a King Suite with a Jacuzzi. Very nice large room, clean and comfortable beds. Very quiet too. Sheplers shuttle service to/from the Ferry was quick and easy. Will definitely stay there next visit! Just a couple of suggestions, microwave in the rooms would be a big plus, along with fresh coffee in the Lobby. Also, cleaning the former breakfast room would be nice too.
