We could not get to the TV to work so we called the front desk. A young man answered and we told him our concern. His response was to read the book. He offered no assistance and we missed the Knicks game. Horrible customer service!

"Loved it! Will definitely book again when we visit Yosemite again."

The staff was friendly and they always left our room very clean. They even went above that and left our kids’ stuffed animals placed on their beds so when our kids walked in, they loved seeing their stuffed animals sitting on their beds waiting for them.

We did see one roach in the bathroom so we had to check all of our bags to make sure we weren’t bringing any home. But besides that, everything else was fine.
