The Mustard Tree

We stayed two nights in a very comfortable and spotlessly clean ensuite room with sea views. The B&B is a short walk from a stunning beach and close to the train station offering easy access into St Ives. It has a large airy dining room where an excellent breakfast is served with a great choice of freshly cooked food. The owner Mark could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We would thoroughly recommend, thanks very much for a brilliant stay!

IMPECCABLE SERVICE AND WONDERFUL FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE. UNFORTUNATELY I SUFFERED A VERY BAD MIGRAINE DURING MY VISIT BUT WAS TREATED WITH EXTREME COMPASSION AND CARING WHICH WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED AND LESSENED MY WORRY ABOUT BEING A BURDEN.

Everything was excellent,very clean and friendly people

We were SO lucky to get a room here over the August bank holiday. I don't know where to start with what a great experience it was. We checked in on Friday and were able to have a chat with Mark who told us all about the local area and how to get about. It was so friendly and relaxed and we felt at home straight away. It was lovely to be able to walk down to Carbis Bay and eat in some of the lovely restaurants that were literally just across the road. We were sad to leave and will be back. Also - breakfast was absolutely spot on! 5 stars from us!

fantastic bed & breakfast , spotless room and a very comfortable bed. Fridge in room with milk provided in the cutest of milk bottles .the breakfast was lovely with a great range of options to choose from , the hosts go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as can be , this bed & breakfast should be a 5 star not 4 .
