The Mustard Tree

We had a very last minute booking and it was a blessing in disguise. Mark and Anna were so welcoming. Mark was very helpful with local information. We had a very comfortable and clean room with the bonus of a fridge with fresh milk and chilled water. I had 3 different breakfasts which were all delicious and the fresh berries in the morning were just lovely. Carbus Bay is a little oasis with its beautiful beach away from the bustle of St. Ives but within a short bus or train ride to town centre. We really enjoyed our stay with you with the bonus of guaranteed parking! Many thanks to you both.

We stayed there for one night it was a last minute booking and Mark and Anna couldn’t have been more welcoming. We had a five o’clock start on the morning so were a little tired so they said come make yourselves comfortable and made us a very much needed cup of tea. The room we had was lovely and clean with everything we needed and the breakfast was amazing only using local produce, we will definitely be back in the future couldn’t recommend this bed and breakfast enough. Absolutely outstanding experience! Mark and Anna were the perfect hosts, making our stay unforgettable from start to finish. Their guest room is immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home and more. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by Mark and Anna, who provided a thorough tour of the room and its amenities. Throughout our stay, they were always available for any questions or needs we had, yet they were never intrusive, striking the perfect balance of hospitality. Mark and Anna offered excellent recommendations for dining and activities, enhancing our overall experience. We truly felt like cherished guests in their home. If you are looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality, look no further. Mark was truly a wonderful host Very caring and kind to all the Guests as I noticed at the breakfast table . I will strongly recommend any one visiting the area to stay for night to experience the Hospitality .

After looking at places to stay in st ives , I chose to stay at the mustard tree, and a wise choice it was , I couldn't fault anything about it, it's a little bit out of st Ives but I think that's a good thing , st Ives is easily accessible by bus outside or the train station a few minutes walk away, there is also some places to eat and drink around a few minutes walk away, mark the host is very helpful and the breakfasts are large and delicious, the rooms are spotless with some nice added touches
