What a gem! We absolutely loved this spot. Conveniently located, beautiful, sea views, a friendly host, and a delicious cooked breakfast every morning. Looking forward to a return!

We stayed at the mustard tree b and b for a couple of nights and it was just lovely - Mark and Anna are very accommodating and helpful! The room was spotless and the bed was super comfy, the breakfast was the star of the show with fresh and local produce! Carbis Bay beach is only a short walk from the residence as well as the train station where you can grab a 5 minute train to St Ives. Would definitely recommend 10/10! Claudia and Jack

The best Bed and breakfast that we stayed in during our travels. Wonderfully efficient in all aspects of management and such kind and thoughtful hosts. We would definitely recommend staying there. Very clean and well organised

This place is wonderful. I only stayed 2 nights but 2 weeks would have been so good. Apart from a very minor issue that the owner rectified quickly, it is great place to stay. Breakfast options were varied and the cooked breakfast was up there with the best.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and 3 kids (13,11,9) to see the sights in Cornwall. Arrived late at night but was able to get into our room smoothly with a lockbox key and was greeted by Mark in the morning at breakfast. Owner was very responsive to messages and provided helpful advice of the area, made to order breakfast was delicious, room was clean and tidied while we were out and the location was easy to find and centrally located for our activities. Property has parking lot, which was fantastic as parking is a little challenging in this area. Our room had a view of the ocean and had good cross ventilation with window and skylight windows open. Small fridge and enough storage space for all our things and was very comfortable.

Mark and anna run a fantastic place very clean,very nice breakfast,very attentive to your needs,we will be back when visiting St ives again,had a really nice break here with you thank you, Ange&Jim xx

The Inn is lovely. Near to the beach, walking trails and train station for St. Ives. The room was pleasant enough, perfect for what we needed. Mark is very helpful.

Mark & Anna are amazing hosts. We backpacked Europe for 3 weeks before arriving. They provided excellent recommendations for dining and things to do, and a peaceful place to relax. I highly recommend this B&B. From the USA.
