The Mustard Tree

Owner was very helpful and responsive. Facility and room clean certainly functional for sleep. As advertised room small, no desk, shower cramped. Breakfast was OK, bread could be upgraded.

This B&B is fantastic - the location is great for Carbis Bay beach, St Ives centre, or for getting the bus to other places. The rooms were really nice, and Mark the host was truly lovely. I would really recommend staying here!

A group of us stayed here last weekend as going to a wedding near by. Really warm welcome, excellent local advice and even a lift to the venue. Fantastic breakfast and all rooms were spotlessly clean. Highly recommend!

we booked the top floor family room. View of the sea, plenty of space for us and 2 children. Very clean. Breakfast was just right. Mark and Anna were good hosts and I would recommend. 10 minute walk down to the beach. Carbis beach is lovely and would highly recommend going to the Ocean Sports centre while you are down there.

Very happy, definitely back again

I liked the location, very near to carbis bay station, just a 10 min walk, however walking up to the hilly roads to reach the hotel wasn't that convenient. we felt a bit tired. It's better if you have your own vehicle. Overall our stay was amazing, especially the breakfast. It was tasty and freshly cooked. I love the breakfast. I stayed with one of my friends and the room had two single bed, however the restroom was so small and the washbasin was in the room itself, which my friend did not like very much, it was slightly inconvenient, also the shower precision wasn't accurate, It releases suddenly very hot and suddenly too cold water, and always resets automatically once I paused it even for a second, So the bath was quite a time taken but not that bad overall. Apart from these minor issues, everything was good. The hosts are very welcoming and kind, they help their guests in every possible way. They suggested various means of transport to view the beautiful places in Cornwall.

We had a big family room which was very clean and comfortable and a view of the sea. Breakfast was very good, plentiful with lots of choices. Mark the owner was very helpful and informative with excellent recommendations for restaurants and travel. I would highly recommend The Mustard Tree for a stay.

This is a great place to stay, excelent position and great host. Highly recomend
