the location was good

The room was clean enough and nothing fancy but did the job. The front desk person in the morning was absolutely lovely and friendly.

The night time front desk man had atrocious customer service. We stayed here for a barrel race and as I’m at the barrel race getting my horse warmed up to run the front desk calls me DEMANDING to paid immediately or my room would be sold. My card declined because I keep it locked at all times due scammers & I was told on booking.com I could pay when I arrived. Instead of holding true to that payment was demanded again. I had to interrupt my warm ups to get off my horse and unlock my card for this impatient man. Then when we got there to check in the same man continued to joyfully tell us that he had another customer who’s card he couldn’t get to charge so he sold his room and he could not wait for the customer to come check in to be told his room was gone. That is absolutely disgusting customer service & terrible character. What if said customer had no where else to go that night & this worker just took his only form of bed & shower away? Also said worker gave insanely creepy vibes.

The location of the place is very convenient, but you need to improve more maintenance inside your rooms we had ants during our stay.

We had a leak in our bathroom coming from second floor ceiling, we had to call front office to document and witness it. Me and my wife were part of the parade that took place outside of your facility we were representing Las Vegas Chamber of commerce.
