It’s clean and the owners are very nice

It just a little far from where I was working and you can’t get a uber ride until you walk about 15 minutes away

Coffee maker, super dirty. Unusable

The rooms had an extremely bad odor a mixture of cigarettes and mold. Don’t stay at this property, we walked in the room and immediately asked for a refund. The gentleman at the reception I must say was extremely polite , nice and professional, he suggested a different room but we just couldn’t bear the smell of cigarettes and mold. I’m surprised not too many people mentions the smell of mold in the reception it’s almost unbearable. I hope the owner does something about it.

I have been here off and on since 2010. Mostly for Street Vibrations. Pros: Convenient location in quiet neighborhood. LA Bakery behind the motel is the main reason I stay here. Full grocery store (Smiths) a couple blocks away. Restaurants within walking distance. Cons: I seem to get the same room(s) Maybe because I ride a Harley? Room seems fine but bathroom should be condemned! Toilet leaks at the base, missing floor molding along the bathtub. The shower head and valves are detached from the wall so everything wobbles around when using. Hole in bathroom door. I was in the same room in 2023 so we know they really don’t fix stuff. I have NEVER seen water in the pool! If they drain it for winter, they need to state in the website that the pool is seasonal. I was told the rooms farthest from the office are in the best shape. Oh, and yes, from their website, “weekly rates”, there are folks living there. Next door to me and above me. Most do a good job keeping their dog(s) quiet except when it’s time to bounce the ball for the pit bull in the room above. Yes, some “guests” arrive by cab with Home Depot boxes for luggage. This will probably get deleted as proprietors don’t want you to know there are voucher guests.
