Property was quiet and clean. Breakfast was great with a waffle maker eggs sausage juices and more. The staff was awesome especially Raya. She was a great help. I will stay there again if she is still there in the future. Only negative issue was that the hot tub was not working though I tried to help them as I am a licensed pool and spa operator. The hot tub is a major amenity for any hotel. Its too bad it wasn't working and that was part of the reason I picked that hotel bur Raya's professionalism made up for it

Outter security door was blocked open. EVEN AFTER I COMPLAINWD 4 TIMES!!!! Saw2 cockroaches running around. I want a full refund!!!!!!

Pool says out of service until further notice and that’s one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Shower in our room has mold on the walls. Trash cans on outside of building by doors look old and broken

Friendly staff. Had sinus issues every day after a night in the room. Guessing room a/c filters have NEVER been serviced.

Rooms were not very clean. I heard the staff say both housekeepers called out. Pool was closed. Breakfast was very limited. Ok if you’re just coming through and need a place to crash for a night, but not more than that.

DISGUSTING DUMP DISGUISED AS A HOTEL: SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN Let’s get one thing straight — this place shouldn’t be called a hotel. It’s a festering hellhole. From the moment you walk in, the entire building assaults your senses with the stench of decay, filth, and pure neglect. The lobby alone reeks of old, rancid food — a pungent, lingering odor that smells like something spoiled and left to rot for weeks, instantly turning your stomach before you even make it to your room. And the room? An absolute horror show. Fleas, flea eggs, dog hair, human pubic hair — all of it mashed into filthy, unchanged sheets. The mattress looked like it came from a garbage dump. Trash and food were left under the bed like someone had just abandoned their mess and checked out. To top it all off: blood, urine, and actual human feces left behind in the bathroom. No joke. It was like walking into the scene of a crime. Cleanliness here is non-existent. Countertops and surfaces were sticky and visibly dirty. Nothing had been wiped down — not even once. The window was shattered and broken, left wide open to the elements and whatever rodents or insects wanted to wander in. It’s painfully obvious that no one here is doing any cleaning, maintenance, or even pretending to care. The entire place is a biohazard waiting to be condemned. No guest should ever be exposed to this level of filth and danger. It’s not just gross — it’s inhumane. And don’t expect any help. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and completely useless — barely understood a word of English and had no interest in solving anything. When I tried to complain about the revolting conditions, I was met with blank stares and shrugs. There was no apology, no concern, and definitely no refund. And the so-called “owner”? Good luck. They’re never around, never answer their phone, and now completely ignore every attempt to contact them for a refund. This isn’t just a terrible hotel — it’s a straight-up scam, run by people who clearly don’t care whether you check out alive. Stay far, far away.

The place was big, and big rooms. Nice pool too. Great size and huge area for pool in the middle of the hotel.

The pool seemed a little dirty, stuff floating on top and it was indoors. Breakfast needs more, sausage was burnt, peanut butter was hard in the fridge for some reason. No water jug, had to get water from the bathroom. Fridge in room was barely cold even after turning it up. Workers seemed nice, and a good stay overall though.

The worst part was you doubled or tripled the price and when we arrived we didn’t have a choice as far as where to stay definitely not a 5 star hotel

Hotel felt dirty. The first room we were assigned had not been cleaned. The second room smelled like old smoke and the windows did not open. The pool and hot tub were broken the entire time we were there. Not a great experience.
