"We give the Inn a 5 and the pool a 9."

Location

Walked it the Inn and it smells like curry. Breakfast was watered down from the watery waffle batter to the 0% diluted milk. No, plastic forks or spoons. The pool was great and relaxing.

"Worst hotel I have ever stayed at"

I didn’t like anything about the property

The fact that it was a cheap hotel room and they charged me 2times for the hotel room and when I went to talk to them to get a refund they charged my card a third time making a total of $1,350 I paid for the hotel I had to turn my debit card off so they would stop charging me and they are still trying to charge me again

"Won’t ever stay there!"

The room we got was extremely not cleaned and the woman went specifically to make sure it got cleaned. It smelled awful. The whole place had a bad smell. I wasn’t impressed. Cancelled my reservation and went to a different hotel. Literally walked in and walked out. Of course she offered me a different room. I said. No thank you. I didn’t take pictures so I didn’t have proof. I was late canceling my reservation and paid 634.00 for the not cancelling before time. And hotel gave me back some of my money but the hotel wouldn’t give me back all my money when we literally walked in and out. I paid a total of 1400.

Obviously cutting corners. Requested change of linens, did not happen. Breakfast bar had a good selection, but gravy was very watered down. There were no coffee stirrer or to go lids.

Although staff was courteous, my concerns were not addressed. Pool area needs regular attention. In room, toilet ran all night, ceiling was falling down near bath.

I cant show i was treated but can believe i will never rent from you again

Nothing i was treated badly i just got there and the first desk tried opening the door i paid for the room at 12iim going back because bi paid for it when asked manger i was told no
