Received the handicap room

Called before hand to confirm my reservation and to see if SWIMMING POOL AND HOT TUB WAS OPEN. I was told yes but once we arrived I was told it was CLOSED. If I would have known it would be closed I would have booked elsewhere. This was the main reason booking this place. When speaking with the receptionist, she gave me attitude and said there was nothing she could do after me asking for the Manager. At that time, another customer approached and she took care of him and ignored me. I was very upset to say the least. Which was the beginning to more let down. Once we got to the room, it had a funky smell. Went to go buy a freshener. The shower had a chair, but was wobbly and not able to use. Was an electricity hazard was a large cord with many plugs on there. Whenever the AC turned on, it was so loud you could not hear the TV playing. No desk chair available my granddaughter had to use ice chest. When checking out it took over 20 mins before receptionist showed up. There was many of us wanting to check out. This is the first and last time I stay here ….

Front desk lady was nice and helpful.It is closed to many restaurants,stores,and being on main street the location is even better so much to do around.Room was spacious and ac worked good.Breakfast was ok.We stayed in room 111.It had a mini fridge & microwave.

We first were given room 119,as soon as we got in room it had bedbugs on bed,pillowcases,sheets,and curtains.I posted a pic of the bedbug.There was 3 pills thrown on floor,so obviously room didn't get vacuumed.Lady in front desk moved me to room 111,bedsheets & pillowcases had plenty of hair on it so she came and gave me new linen.We stayed in this room since we didn't see any bedbugs in this one & atleast we got clean linen.

Absolutely nothing. We did not end up staying It was a disgusting hotel. Nothing clean. Smells horrid

The noise level during the night. There were girls running in the halls, loud voices, banging doors. Our room was on main floor, not far from reception area. The staff would have heard these noises if they were at the front desk. Nothing was said to the noise makers til about 4am, and maybe that was by another guest. Very unfair to paying guests.

Stayed one night, good for the money.

Needs new bed, down the hallway old smelled nasty. I worked 48 yrs ago. Still the same carpet.

The location and price

That the pool was broken down, the hot tub did not work. Their breakfast was horrible. When people make a reservation, they ought to let them know that their pool and hot tub do not work. Had to spend extra money just to take my grandkids to the recreation and aquatic center in Roswell. And if you make your reservation to a booking company, then they ought to let them know that they're pool and hot tubs do not work. That way, the booking companies can let us know. And it would give us the option of choosing a different hotel or motel.
