The first room we were given had the bathroom ceiling on the floor. Was given a second room after being asked if we did it. Was charged once by Expedia and again by hotel when we checked in. Calls were not returned. Disappointed in this place

Overall, great stay! I was able to park right next to the room door on the first floor. Easy access, although watch for the immediate step up at the door. Noticed the swimming pool was open and there were adults and children enjoying the pool. I was unable to locate an electrical outlet next to the bed. Fortunately, I brought two surge protector extensions, otherwise I would not have been able to use my cpap. The bed was a little hard for me. I prefer a soft mattress. However, I was exhausted and sleep hard for most of the night. Room was clean with a microwave and small refrigerator. No bugs observed. Yea! Curtains keep the room totally dark which helped with my sleep. A/C & Heat was on the wall and easy to change to a desired room temp. The air noise was barely even notable, which was a nice, and it was not blowing right on you wherever you were in the room. The room was quite for the most part. I could hear the train horn as it passed by, which woke me up a couple of times. Bathroom was clean and the shower had a nice spread of water with the knobs easy to turn. I was not aware if there was or was not a continental breakfast. Free Internet for those who need it. I did not try using the Inn Internet as I had my own hotspot. I travel to Claremore several times a year and stayed in several different locations. This is not a 5 star, but is one that I will consider in future visits.

The staff was accommodating and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. We were there for a conference and one night, the price was low scale. We were very satisfied and it was what we needed. I would not use this motel for an extended vacation.

Entering the room...it had a terrible musty/moldy smell. The main door was a mess & the bathroom tub faucets need replaced. The internet pictures are not how the place is. The outside sign on one side needs replaced, because you can't read it from the street. WE better get our $100.oo deposit put back on our card, because even that is not for them to keep. I'M SORRY WE STAYED there! I got sicker in the night with the smell. My husband lost his smell a few yrs ago, lucky for him!!

The restaurant was great nextdoor.
