The room appearance was not as nice as the pictures at the website. It was rather drab and plain. In the pictures, I saw a sofa, loveseat and other comfortable furnishings. But there was no such thing as that in the room I was in. A couple of straight chairs. That’s it.

The staff were very friendly but the breakfast was described as a “grab and go” and was very limited in choice. The room was OK but a little noisy when trains went by on the nearby line.

The front desk staff was very pleasant & understanding! ❤️

The staff for super friendly the rooms was cleaned

The staff were insanely friendly, the property is in a good area with a lot of stores and food around, and the room was a really good value for the price. Sheets were very clean!

We could hear mice in the ceiling and they were very vocal, but quieted down when we asked nicely. The door lock was broken the door was hard to open. We found a lot of hair in our towels that was not ours which might just be expected, still gross.
