No toilet paper! No communication between employee shifts came knocking on the door 11am check out time when already had paid for an extra night😠 asked for clean towels around 8:30am it was 5pm still weren't delivered to room.

Stayed here last night, I will never be returning. Awful experience, rude staff and so loud you could hear everything, especially when anyone walked or knocked on a neighboring door. The area is filled with homeless people, I would not recommend this area, or this property. When I told them about my experience, they were completely dismissive and lied about their cancellation policy (I wanted to cancel my second night there so it went to waste). Save your money, go next door, or really anywhere else.

"Family road trip!"

The room was well kept. It even smelled clean walking in. That is huge for me, been in many hotels for work and this was better than what they get. I will definitely choose Best Western going forward also every staff member was very friendly! Thank you for a great night along the road!

"Good if you just need four walls and a mattress"

Staff was nice and immediately came to help us when we locked the bathroom door on the outside by accident. Breakfast was decent.

Right next to a freeway onramp with homeless people on and around the property. Room didn’t have any soap to wash hands, the fridge stunk, bed was rock hard, bathroom was TINY, sink had small hairs and counter had not been wiped down (visible fingerprints and smudges). “Garden view” was flowers and a chain link fence next to the sidewalk.

"Excellent"

We arrived Friday night & left Sunday morning. My husband woke up sick Saturday so our plans changed. I ended up shopping at Target & the Mall while he slept. The BW staff were understanding & gave us extra items we needed. Would highly recommend & we will be back.
