"I feel like I was conned. I was sold a room with air conditioning and did not get that."

Location was good.

When we got to breakfast (about 9 a.m.) there was almost nothing left....maybe 3 slices of bread in the bread box, and no muffins. No fruit aside from apple. BIGGEST PROBLEM: The air conditioner unit in our room was non-usable. The electric cord simply did not reach the outlet, indicating that this was NOT a new problem. When I complained to the front desk, I was assured that I would receive a partial refund. The next morning, after a 15 minute wait at the desk, I was told by the manager that she would have to call me later to issue the refund. 4 days later I have yet to receive a phone call, despite me calling back TWICE to try to reach her. This is VERY POOR SERVICE and feels dishonest and I will definitely NOT stay at a Best Western again if I can help it.
