The staff was disrespectful and rude they are very rushing to get you in a predicament where the room wasn't able to get cleaned by us they yelled at me for not understanding that there was a deposit and we're very accusatory they had a very poor quality breakfast and no help getting to your room for the breakfast

The room was not very clean. I could tell it was not swept vacuumed or mopped very well.

I dont know you took my money and the hotel system seduced it at 1159pm so when I tried to get room it said it was already stayed in and wanted me to pay additional chares.and do you the inscreponcy me and my other half that just got out of surgery for a blood clot that is an anuisum right behind his left nasal cavity in his brain so with an insertion to a main artery his coroted in his growing area we were absolutely stuck in the truck witch is a old Chevy 93 single cab two doors to rest in untill day light because I had been driving all day and night so you pkz booking .Com how do u or what do u think I lijed about your hotel? With all thus being said my husband has to go back to hospital dude to and sepiag from the wond site from not being able to have his right keg elevated and laying flat ...so thank u I tried and emailed texted customer service waited and preyed thus sichuation would be agusted accordingly but no answer no customer service response no email with a return nothing so yea I. Nit happy at all .this dichuation cause a life treating issue to my husband dude to inaccuracy in your customer service.

The staff was extremely helpful. Though the rooms were clean, because the shower only offered a shower curtain, that did not help contain the water in the shower stall, the floor became wet and slippery. A shower door would be more beneficial for safety and upkeep. As a wet floor with someone not paying attention can be a hazard.

Thin walls as the railroad staff got up at 4am in the morning to head to work, you could hear everything through the walls.
